We pride ourselves in providing personal service that meets the needs of each member. For example, whenever a USUCCU member calls our Member Care Center, he or she may ask to speak to the same member care specialist every time about any account or any of our products and services.
 
While credit unions provide the advantages of a local company, they often cooperate with other credit unions so that members can enjoy the advantages of a large national network. For example, our membership in the Co-op Network provides USUCCU members no-fee ATM service to over 25,000 locations across the country. Bank customers and a few other larger credit union members, by contrast, must generally use only those ATMs provided by their own institution for no-fee ATM access, and some of them don’t even offer that.

Some might wonder whether their money is as safe at USUCCU as it would be in a large bank—the answer is yes!  If we have learned one thing over the past several months, it is that bigger is not always better.
